Japanese honeybees are known as Hyakkamitsu (hundred-flower honey) because they collect nectar from a variety of flowers, allowing you to enjoy the aroma and deep flavor of many different blossoms. Compared to Western honeybees, which harvest honey several times a year, Japanese honeybee honey, harvested only once or twice a year, is said to be more aged, richer, and more flavorful.

This honey is natural Hyakkamitsu collected from the plants and flowering trees around Hasama Town in Oita Prefecture, a region rich in nature. After harvesting from beehives placed in the fields, it is simply filtered with no additives whatsoever.

Expiration Date: May 2028 (estimated)

◎ Natural honey may crystallize, but this does not affect its quality in any way. Gently warm the container in water around 45°C (113°F) for a while to return it to its original state.

◎ Bees are not fed any supplements.

◎ Do not give to infants under 1 year of age.
