This is a demi-cup made of pewter from Royal Selangor, a long-established Malaysian brand.

Pewter: An alloy made primarily of tin, with antimony and copper added to increase its strength. It has a beautiful luster like silver, is resistant to rust, and is excellent at maintaining the temperature of beverages.

It was displayed without being used. Due to long-term storage, it is listed as near unused. There are some areas with discoloration. (See the 4th photo)
