Professional Roaster Gauge - Compatible with City Gas and Propane

This is a micro pressure gauge designed to be used in conjunction with gas roasters.

This product is primarily for those who roast using stoves connected to wall gas outlets or gas valves.

It can be used with stoves like those shown in images 6 and 7.
If the stove has a pilot light, it may not function correctly.

A manual for the valve will be included, although it has been removed for photography.

Recommended for the following roasters:
- Union Sample Roaster
- FUJI Hand-Crank Roaster
- Fortis Coffee Roaster (KALDI)
- KAKACOO G400, etc.

It is installed by inserting it into the hose between the gas valve and the stove.

Compatible hose size is 9.5mm inner diameter.

It can generally be used with both propane and city gas, but propane gas allows for a wider range of readings on the scale, making it easier to read finer values.

Featuring a large 80mm diameter display pressure gauge and a needle valve that allows for precise flow control, this compact unit offers gas pressure and flow management comparable to high-end models.

Operating procedure when this unit is installed:
[Ignition]
1. Fully open the needle valve of this unit.
2. Ignite the burner and fully open the cock.
3. Adjust the needle valve of this unit to the desired heat level.

[Extinguishing]
1. Fully close the needle valve of this unit.
2. Confirm that the micro pressure gauge reads 0.
3. Close the burner cock.
4. Close the main gas valve or disconnect the gas cord from the gas outlet.

For safety, always close the main valve or disconnect from the gas outlet after roasting.
