Cacti are drought-tolerant plants and do not require frequent watering. Their growing season is spring, summer, and autumn, so water them once every 1-2 weeks, just enough to slightly moisten the soil.

In mid-winter, very little watering is needed. If the soil becomes extremely dry and the plant wrinkles, give it a small amount of water in the morning on a sunny day, avoiding the stem.

It's good to bring them indoors when it gets cold, but if you want them to bloom profusely, they can be managed outdoors down to 5°C (41°F). Their color will turn reddish-purple, indicating they are feeling the cold, but exposing them to cold temperatures will encourage more bud formation.

Shipping is via 4th class mail.
