A navy T-shirt with traditional Ryukyu design.

Material: High-quality slub jersey
The irregular yarn, with its varying thickness and slubs, creates a unique, uneven texture that is its greatest appeal.
This comfortable cotton material has a soft feel and a sturdy fabric, resulting in a high-quality T-shirt.

Authentic pattern using the discharge dyeing technique
This is finished using the discharge dyeing technique, where the fabric is dyed, then the color is removed, and then re-dyed. With regular printing that layers paint, the patterned areas can feel stiff. However, the discharge dyeing technique allows for dyeing that utilizes the fabric's texture. This is finished with the same dyeing method used for kimonos, without cutting corners.
