Yamato Koki NEWS Inclined Table AGD-2 Table 254 x 178 x H133mm

This product is a device for positioning workpieces with one degree of freedom rotation and posture adjustment, used in conjunction with machine tools, drill presses, and similar operations. It can also be used independently. In addition to the above machining applications, it is also suitable for measurement purposes.

The structure is made of cast iron, providing high rigidity and excellent vibration absorption. The rotation and posture adjustment are driven by a highly precise worm gear.

The table size is approximately 254 x 178 mm, and the table height when horizontal is approximately 133 mm. The tilt angle can be adjusted up to ±45°. As shown in image 14, it is equipped with a vernier scale, allowing tilt angles to be read with a resolution of 1/12° (5'). By tightening the nuts shown in images 8 and 9, the table can be fixed at any desired angle. The weight is approximately 22.5 kg.

Please refer to the images for the condition. This item has been stored after minimal use since purchase. There is some light rust overall, but it is at a level that can be removed with sandpaper, giving it a well-used appearance. Table movement via the handle rotation is smooth.

Included accessories are one detachable crank handle, and as a bonus, two T-slot nuts as shown in images 17 and 18.
