The MOSFET driver chip comes with a hardware brake function and power feedback. It uses N-channel MOSFET IRF3205 MOSFETs and two dedicated half-bridge driver chips with bootstrap capacitors to drive the upper tubes, allowing the tubes to open quickly with sufficient driving voltage. This not only improves the motor's acceleration curve but also enables motor braking. This allows the trolley to start quickly and stop the car instantly. The driver can operate with a PWM modulation duty cycle of 0-99%, providing sufficient motor drive voltage.
