KISS OF FIRE is a sake from Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture. It is a Daiginjo sake that was reportedly served at parties following the Nobel Prize ceremonies in 2012 and 2013, as well as at Louis Vuitton parties. It is a rare ginjo sake that can be enjoyed chilled, warm, or even at extremely hot temperatures, and this is said to be the origin of its name.
I was drawn to its beautiful bottle and story, and have cherished it as a display piece.
Its sleek bottle could also be repurposed as a vase, or as a decanter for wine or sake.
