A limited edition sake from the only remaining Date family's sake brewery in Miyagi.
Sendai'sboasts over 330 years of history. Using Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 35%, the moromi (sake mash) is carefully brewed, then placed in sake bags and hung to allow the precious drops to slowly drip out. This results in a rich and mellow flavor.
