[Design to Prevent Accidental Pressing] Features a top cover and base separation structure. The top cover is separate from the base, so vertical force applied to the top cover is not transferred to the base. This ensures that even if the distributor is accidentally pressed, the coffee grounds in the basket will not be affected by the force.

[Adjustable Height] Built-in adaptive gravity structure allows the distributor to automatically adjust its height based on the amount of grounds in the basket due to gravity, eliminating the need for manual height adjustment each time. This reduces troublesome steps.

[Original Breathing Holes] The sides of the wooden lid feature original lattice-style breathing holes that facilitate natural air circulation inside and out, reducing the impact of air pressure. This allows the base to contact the surface of the coffee grounds more quickly and stably, not only increasing production speed but also providing a more unique appearance.

[Hurricane-Shaped Base] Typically, coffee grounds tend to concentrate in the center, resulting in a phenomenon of having too much in the middle and too little around the edges. The base of the Hayabusa distributor has a spiral shape. During rotation, it disperses the grounds from the inside out, gradually pushing excess grounds from the center to the edges, ensuring a more uniform distribution of grounds. (Note: Rotate clockwise only, do not rotate counterclockwise.)

[Removable] It can be freely disassembled, making it convenient to clean residual coffee grounds after use. It is also easy to reassemble and does not take much time. This 51mm espresso distributor is made of high-quality stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and walnut, making it beautiful and healthy.
