[Shipping and Packaging]
Once the Nelsol has hardened, it will be shipped via [Fourth Class Mail].
The outer box will be custom-made to fit each item, and recycled cardboard will be used.
I don't want you to be disappointed, so
I always try my best and take care in packaging to ensure safe delivery.
For this reason, non-woven fabric will be used.
Non-woven fabric can snag easily, so please remove it carefully.
Although I use Nelsol and pack with care, there is still a possibility of collapse due to vertical and horizontal vibrations and impacts during transport.
Please understand that even if it arrives collapsed, Fourth Class Mail is standard mail with no guarantee, and there is nothing the seller can do.

If you are concerned, please refrain from purchasing or request a change to Mercari delivery with tracking (additional charges will apply).

[Watering]
In spring and autumn, soak the pot up to the rim for several hours.
