This is a Spekboom, a plant native to the valleys of South Africa.
Its leaves are succulent and it is drought-tolerant.
The trunk will also gradually thicken as it grows.
It is best grown in soil for succulents or cacti, and watered when the soil is completely dry.
In my environment, I water it about twice a week.
It is relatively resistant to both heat and cold, and can be grown outdoors or indoors.
This plant is not prohibited from sale or purchase by laws such as the Seed Protection Law.
The plant will be shipped bare-root, removed from the pot.
For an additional 400 yen, we can ship via Mercari delivery. Please comment if you would like this option.
