Adenium somalense var. Crispum: A rare Adenium discovered in Somalia, known as the Horn of Africa, bordering the Indian Ocean. It is an extremely thick variety of somalense, developing a deep, rich texture with cracks as it grows, giving it a unique character. In its native habitat, there are extremely thick plants that grow over 4 meters tall.

Also, as it is likened to the Desert Rose, its pale pink flowers are beautiful, and the contrast of the white veins running through the center of the leaves is striking. In recent years, it has been highly regarded as a must-have item for caudex collectors, often mentioned as a successor to Pachypodium.

Prefers cactus soil or other well-draining media. Please be careful not to expose seedlings to rain during the rainy season.
Also, when temperatures drop below 8°C (46°F), it will begin to prepare for dormancy and shed its leaves. Therefore, reduce watering in winter and keep it indoors.

The joy of growing from seed is immense! :)
