Roaster Hand-Crank Roaster Used

Purchased about 3 years ago for approximately 8,000 yen. I used it frequently for about 1.5 years, but I haven't used it at all recently.

The mesh that receives the heat is torn and slightly discolored, but there are no issues with its use.
I'm offering it at a low price to someone who will use it.

Product Description

Recommended roasting capacity: 150-180g
Heat source: Cassette stove, etc. (see photo/stove not included)

How to use (roasting time is about 8-13 minutes)
① Prepare oven mitts, stove, colander, etc.
② Open the bean insertion port on the side of the drum, insert the beans, close the lid, and tighten with screws.
③ Set the main unit on the heat source.
④ Ignite and roast (I gauge the heat by placing my hand near the drum; I adjust the flame so it's hot enough that I can barely stand it).
⑤ Once roasting is complete, quickly transfer to a colander and cool with a fan.
⑥ Once cooled enough to touch with bare hands, it's ready.

Good points

★ There is a mesh directly above the heat source, which prevents direct contact of the flame with the beans, preventing burning and uneven roasting.
★ The square drum and internal fins ensure the beans tumble well, resulting in almost no uneven roasting.
★ The handle allows you to easily move the unit even when hot.
