Harveys Bristol Reserve is a premium, long-aged Oloroso Sherry produced in Jerez, Andalusia, Spain. Harveys, known as a purveyor to the British Royal Family, blends carefully selected base wines to create a very rich, full-bodied, and deep flavor. The characteristics and details of this Sherry are as follows: Origin: Spain, Jerez-Xérès-Sherry (D.O.) Grape Variety: Palomino Flavor: Deep dark amber color with rich nutty and spicy notes, and a toasty aroma. While having elements of sweetness (cream style), it is characterized by a long finish reminiscent of dried fruit. Pairing: Excellent with dried fruits, cheeses, nuts, as well as fruit-based desserts.
