Unused Album - Carved Wooden Elephant from Thailand (Made from Elephant Dung Paper)
A handmade album with a very unique charm, featuring a carved wooden elephant.
Purchased about 20 years ago during a trip to Thailand.
To protect the environment and elephants, elephant dung is collected, boiled, and only the fibers are extracted. Then, it's finely ground in a mixer and each sheet is handmade.
Paper made from elephant dung has spread worldwide. Through this product, elephant dung has become a valuable resource for papermaking.
