??On July 16th, a plant was found to have become jelly-like during shipping, and we had to cancel the order due to our circumstances.
We consider the possibility that the plant may be damaged due to the temperature and humidity in the cargo area of transport vehicles during summer and winter.
Especially for areas that get very hot or below 0°C,
we recommend changing to Mercari delivery or similar.
We can change to Rakuraku Mercari delivery or similar for an additional ￥500~. *Depending on the size, changes may not be possible.
Shipping will be done on Sundays after payment confirmation. If the purchase is made on Saturday or later, shipping will be the following week. (We will ship earlier if possible.)
We will pack with care, but leaves or roots may fall off during shipping.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about this.
