Alishan High Mountain Tea is the most popular high mountain tea in Taiwan. It is sold as a premium high mountain tea souvenir in many places.
As the name suggests, Alishan High Mountain Tea refers to tea produced in tea fields above 2000m altitude in the Alishan region of Chiayi County, Taiwan, which has 15 mountains. The Alishan region has extreme temperature differences between day and night, and frequent dense fog, creating harsh conditions for tea leaf growth.
Therefore, as the tea leaves grow in this harsh environment, they accumulate nutrients and develop thickness. The processed tea leaves have a substantial weight.
This tea is packed with umami, allowing you to enjoy it for about 6 infusions.

◆ How to Brew Alishan Tea

① Boil water (95℃-100℃) and warm the teapot.
② Add about 4g-5g of tea leaves to the teapot.
Please adjust the amount of tea leaves to your preference.
③ Fill the teapot with boiling water and immediately pour it out. (Rinsing the tea)

④ Then, add boiling water to the teapot again, wait for about 1 minute, and pour into a tea pitcher or teacup to drink.
