I purchased this new when I got my cat and set it up, but my cat didn't interact with it much and quickly became accustomed to roaming freely around the house. Therefore, the cage was barely used, then disinfected, folded, and stored.

There are no noticeable scratches, so I believe it can be used comfortably. However, please understand that this is a used item that has been set up once before purchasing.
Assembly and disassembly were easy enough for one person to do.
Once set up, it fit perfectly under the hanging rail and didn't feel oppressive.

The official website lists it as a 3-tier cage, but there are 4 shelves as shown in the photos.
The height difference between the levels seemed large for a kitten, so I improvised by adding scratching posts and stairs made from cardboard cut into triangles.

It will be shipped packed in recycled cardboard boxes.
