【About Strelitzia】
Strelitzia is a houseplant characterized by its branches and large leaves that evoke a tropical image. Its flower meanings include bright future and warm heart, making it an ideal gift. 【Country of Origin】
South Africa
【Flower Meaning】
Bright Future
【Placement】
We recommend a location with as much sunlight as possible. It can grow in partial shade, but insufficient sunlight may cause leaf drop.
【Watering】
Water when the surface of the soil feels dry, until water drains from the bottom of the pot. Observe the plant and adjust watering as needed.
In winter, water 2-3 days after the surface of the soil feels dry.
【Precautions】
Empty any water that collects in the saucer, as it can cause root rot.
Dust on the leaves can become a habitat for insects, so wipe them regularly. Misting the leaves periodically to prevent dust buildup is also effective.
The seedling in the photo will be sent.
If you would like a pot, we can accommodate this for an additional 400 yen.
