Our coffee uses 100% organic beans, grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers at our directly managed farm in the Syangja region of Nepal. Cultivated using agroforestry, a method that respects nature's inherent strength, our coffee trees coexist with diverse plants like bananas and spices, nurturing a rich land and ecosystem.
Furthermore, we manage the entire process from cultivation and processing to roasting and brewing ourselves. This allows us to maximize the inherent flavor of the beans.
Aged x Strong (Extra Dark Roast)
The Aged process, where beans are carefully rested after harvest, mellows their sharpness, adding smoothness and depth to the flavor.
The Strong Roast, a deeper roast, brings out a powerful richness and bitter umami, resulting in a dense and impactful coffee.
