Tres Pontas, where Cassanbu Farm is located, is in the gentle hilly region of southern Minas Gerais, with an altitude of around 1000m and an average temperature of 21-23℃. This environment is very pleasant year-round and is considered an excellent location for coffee production, particularly for flowering and cherry maturation. They produce various varieties, meticulously separating plots for each type.
Cassanbu Farm's coffee is characterized by its rich flavor and elegant wine-like notes. We feel the fermentation process brings out flavors reminiscent of grapes, blueberries, and prunes.
