Description
Indian Bodhi Tree (Sri Maha Bodhi Tree) (Ficus religiosa)
I purchased this online, but it didn't fit the space in my room, so I'm selling it. (It was too big.)
The Indian Bodhi Tree is said to be the tree under which Buddha attained enlightenment. It is one of the three sacred trees of Buddhism.
This tree, known as a sacred tree, is considered very auspicious as prayer beads are made from it.
Its glossy, uniquely shaped leaves are also lovely.
It is managed outdoors during the day, so there may be some sunburn on the leaves.
The photos are from when I purchased it. Current conditions are shown later. Due to balcony management, the leaves have started to get sunburned in this heat.
I will prune it slightly before shipping.
Approximately 96cm from the bottom of the pot.
Size 6 pot.
