【Rare】Java Rubber Tree Ficus Elastica 1.8m Approx. Pickup Only

This is a large Java Rubber Tree (Ficus drupacea).
It is also called the innocence rubber tree, and as the name suggests, it is a species with a slight velvety fuzz on its leaves.
It can be considered a rare species, don't you think?

I really love Java Rubber Trees, and what's amazing about them is how fluffy the new leaves are.
They have an incredibly divine, fluffy texture like a baby's down. (See the last image)
This alone is enough to make me want to eat three bowls of rice, but at my age, I'd get indigestion if I ate that much.

The tree doesn't grow in a dense foliage style, but if you prune it heavily, it will become compact again.
The cut branches will probably sell for a high price too. (Probably)

This is a cherished plant that I've spent nearly 10 years growing into a large indoor green, but I don't have space for it at home... In fact, I already own another one, so after much deliberation, I'm reluctantly selling it.
My wife asked, Java, like Java Curry? Or the Jawas from Star Wars? When I asked back, Star Wars?, she said, Never mind.

It's a good plant that stays healthy even in dark places and when the soil dries out.
A plant of this size would cost tens of thousands of yen at a garden center, and it's a rare find, so how about it?
