Acquired during a decluttering of my parents' home. This is a Kinetizer NB from Minato Medical Science. I do not have the instruction manual and am unsure how to use it.

I believe all accessories are present, but the electrode pads and bands show signs of dirt and deterioration. If you do not need them, I can dispose of them before shipping. (Please check the posted photos.)
