How to Use
① Attach the gel pad to the main unit.
② Peel off the film from the gel pad and attach it to your body.
(It will not work unless attached to your body)
③ Press the + button to turn on the power.
④ Adjust the intensity with the + and - buttons.
⑤ The M button switches modes.
⑥ Press the - button when the screen shows 0 to turn off the power.

The film on the gel pads can be reused, so please store it and do not discard it.

Its small and lightweight design makes it portable for outings, travel, office, and more. It can be expected to provide relaxation for your lower back, legs, shoulders, etc.

When you start using it, begin at level 1 and gradually adjust to your preferred intensity.
