There is some rust and dirt due to long-term storage in a warehouse, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
It was intended for use in reinforcing the surface of concrete-paved parking lots, but due to my lack of knowledge, I decided against applying it as it has disadvantages such as making the surface slippery.
Please be aware if you are considering a similar application.
