Sagawa Express / Large Item Delivery

[Notes]
As these are plants and living creatures, we ask for your understanding and consent regarding the following points.
All items will be shipped as pictured, the actual item.

?Upon arrival, please open the package immediately and water the plant as soon as possible.
?We take great care in packaging. We will pack the plants so that the leaves are not damaged, but the soft tips may be bent for packaging.
The direction of the leaves may become accustomed to the packaging, but they will return to their original state within a few days.
?There may be some damage to the leaves or stems, but this will not affect growth.
?Small branches may break or fall off during packaging and transportation. We may also prune slightly during packaging.
?Gift wrapping is not available.

[Changes in tree shape]
As these are living things, the tree shape may change due to growth by the time of delivery.
Changes may be particularly noticeable for items photographed some time ago.
If you are concerned, please inquire in advance.

[Height]
There may be slight errors due to perspective, as we place a ruler against a wall and photograph the plant in front of it.
All items are shipped as pictured, so please confirm the height in the photos.

[Time specification]
We generally ship via Sagawa Express.
There may be some areas where time specification is not available. We can add time specification at the time of shipping, but
Please contact Sagawa Express directly for inquiries after shipping (e.g., not arriving, when it will arrive).
