[How to Adjust Temperature and Time]:
Press and hold the power button on the left side of the controller for about 3 seconds to turn it on.
Press the power button once to switch to temperature settings.
Adjust the temperature using the [+] and [-] buttons on the right.
Press the power button twice to switch to time settings.
Adjust the time using H/M (hour/minute) on the right.
