★ When shipping, we do not withhold water to reduce shipping costs. Conversely, for plants that we are concerned about drying out during transport, we will ship them with some moisture in the soil or moss.
?? After the plant arrives, please manage it so that it is not directly exposed to air conditioning or other airflow m(..)m
?? In winter, windowsills are great during the day, but the temperature drops at night, so please take precautions with thick curtains.
?? In summer, in rooms with poor ventilation, we recommend using a fan to prevent stuffiness.
