This is one of the works created by Marimekko in collaboration with Japanese culture.
This tin can (tea caddy) is a cute item that can be used to store tea, coffee beans, candies, short pasta, or simply as a decorative piece. This is an extremely rare item that was exclusively sold for a limited time of one week at a pop-up shop held only at Isetan Shinjuku Main Store a few years ago.
This is a collaboration product with a handmade can from Kato Seisakusho, a company with over 130 years of history in can manufacturing.
It has been stored without being used, but there is one spot of rust that may have occurred during that time. Please refer to the photo.
