Upcycled Project with Karimoku Furniture
The wood used for the bed is made from fragments of chestnut wood generated during the furniture-making process. To breathe new life into them, we collaborated with Karimoku Furniture, which is committed to the effective utilization of forest resources, to create an upcycled product. Finger joints delicately connect the scrap wood, and the joints, knots, and subtle color variations create a unique expression. We have pursued sustainable yet uncompromising quality through repeated prototyping and durability testing. The result is a nest-like bed where you can return to your true self.
