A masterpiece of the Kakiemon Style, featuring delicate brushwork and vibrant colors depicting flowers and animals on a soft, milky white porcelain.
This piece was created by firing an original illustration on a ceramic plate, inspired by the Arita ware technique that creates a unique harmony and elegance between empty space and design, and then expressing it through printing.
A cylindrical container for tea leaves. Historically, wood and lacquerware were used.
Many are double-walled to seal in the aroma of the tea and prevent moisture.
