The original box indicates Ki-ya Special Selection, O-hasami (Shears), and Nihonbashi.
The attached sticker reads Ikenobo Utasada 170m/m.
These shears are used for Ikebana (Ikenobo school), pruning bonsai and garden plants, and flower arrangement.
As they have been used, dirt and rust have been removed as much as possible, but it is not perfect.
