It's that delicious time of year for horsetails again!
Enjoy the taste of spring and this year's first harvest!
Tsukudani (simmered in soy sauce), mixed rice, egg drop soup, tempura, etc...
They're all delicious in so many ways!
We'll do our best to include firm buds, but depending on the temperature, they may open by the time they arrive.
We pick and ship them as soon as your order is confirmed, so we believe they will arrive fresh.
Grown in my grandfather's carefully managed pesticide-free field, they are free from animal waste and exhaust fumes.
We kindly ask for your understanding before purchasing.
