This series depicts the Six Immortal Poets (six poets from the Heian period): Sōjō Henjō, Ariwara no Narihira, Bun'ya no Yasuhide, Kisen Hōshi, ōtomo no Kuronushi, and Ono no Komachi. The colorful attire and charming expressions of the poets make this an elegant and graceful set.

While some may refer to the shape of these teacups as gourd-shaped, Fukagawa Seiji distinguishes between gourd and eggplant shapes, and these appear to be tulip-shaped. A similar shape is also found in their wine cups. They have a rounded, plump form and a flared rim, making them comfortable and cute to hold.

The teapot was used once to pour tea, but the teacups are unused. They were stored in a cupboard, but as there was no opportunity to use them, I have decided to sell them.
The original box has some damage, but the tableware itself shows no noticeable scratches or stains.

The item will be shipped using Mercari便 (Mercari delivery service) with insurance, with the original box wrapped in cushioning material.
