Kutani Ware, Baifu, 5 teacups, 1 large teapot
15.84 $
Description
This is a tea set by Kutani Ware, marked Kutani Baiko.
Includes 1 teapot and 5 teacups.
The teapot is large and holds a generous amount.
The white glaze features crazing, with red overglaze, gold accents, and colorful floral patterns creating a vibrant Kutani Ware aesthetic.
Each teacup has slightly different floral arrangements and designs, showcasing the charm of hand-painting.
As this is an older item, there are signs of age such as scuffs, crazing, and changes in the gold accents.
Recommended for those who appreciate retro Kutani Ware, Showa-era tableware, and antique home goods.
I collect old and characterful items, but I have too many dishes, so I'm offering these to someone who will appreciate them rather than keeping them stored away.
