Colored Teapot - Precautions for Use
*Do not heat the teapot directly on a flame (including induction cooktops) as the enamel coating inside may peel. The enamel coating also prevents iron from leaching into the tea.
*The colored exterior may fade if scrubbed vigorously or washed with detergent. We recommend a gentle rinse with hot water.
*The teapot may break if dropped.
*When pouring tea, please hold the lid down. If tilted beyond a certain angle, the lid may fall off and scratch the table. Also, be aware that the lid knob may become hot at that time.
*Please discontinue use if the enamel coating inside becomes scratched or cracked.
*After use, rinse the inside of the teapot quickly with a sponge, avoiding detergents, abrasive cleaners, and steel wool. After rinsing, dry the water from the spout, the joint between the lid and the body, the exterior, the bottom, and the lid with a cloth.
