This has been opened once but has not been used.
Can cut up to 20 sheets of copy paper.
With the magnetic guide ruler, you can easily align the position and cut without shifting.
The consumable cutter mat can be self-replaced.
Includes instruction manual for replacement method (this has creases).
Replacement rotary blades for the disk cutter are not included, but the main unit's rotary blade has just been replaced, so it cuts like new.
The cutter mat is the original one, so please replace it with the included mat.
