This is a brown and yellow plaid fabric.

It seems my family member bought this for tailoring purposes.
I think the pattern would be perfectly suitable for women's or children's clothing, as well as men's wear (though the length might be a bit short?).
It's a soft and warm fabric, likely comfortable to wear. With a lining, it would be suitable for winter.
Is it intended for skirts?
Or perhaps for trousers?
As shown in the first photo, it appears to have pleats inside.
