I prepared this when a large cyst on my dog's back needed to be surgically removed, but I didn't use it as I wasn't concerned about scarring.
The tags have been removed, and it has been stored at home.
With multiple dogs, a surgical suit is more convenient than an Elizabethan collar, which can cause them to bump into each other or make it difficult to drink water.
When my other dog was spayed, I found the halter-neck style surgical suit troublesome to put on and take off, so I prepared this one that opens completely in the back.
I believe the hook-and-eye closure, which allows the back to open fully, is convenient.
The fabric is not thick; it's smooth, silky, and stretchy.
