Bonsai Material: Vitex Agnus-Castus (Chaste Tree), in pot
16.50 $
Description
※This plant is growing rapidly, so it is pruned regularly. We will leave flower buds if they are present, but please consider that flowering will likely begin next season. As some time has passed since the listing, please request updated photos if you are considering a purchase.
This is not a 'purpurea' variety. The base resembles that of a Ficus microcarpa (Gajumaru). While not commonly seen in bonsai, it sprouts from various points, making it interesting and relatively easy to shape.
The pot is a plastic pot from Seria. The soil is a mix of various experimental organic components, so repotting at the appropriate time is recommended. The pot is not secured with wire.
