Precautions
Remove dust, rust, oil, and paint from the bonding surfaces and ensure they are thoroughly dry.
* For uneven wood surfaces, plane them smooth. For metal surfaces, remove rust by sanding with sandpaper.
(1) Apply evenly to both surfaces to be bonded using a brush or roller.
* Application amount guideline: 120-60 g/m2 per side
* For highly absorbent materials such as concrete or PC boards, apply twice or apply a larger amount.
After application, align the parts accurately within the time indicated in the table above and press firmly with a hand roller or rubber hammer.
* The bonded parts can be used immediately, but for applications requiring high bond strength, allow 24 hours for curing.
