11 Fuunomi, boiled. Ready to add to your aquarium.

These are sweet gum tree seed pods harvested from the sweet gum tree in my yard. I selected firm, well-formed pods. As they are from my home garden, I believe they are clean.

They have been washed, boiled, and dried.

Sweet gum seed pods are said to help maintain a slightly acidic environment in aquarium water, and their holes and spiky texture can provide hiding places, reducing stress for fish.

The stems have been trimmed, so you can place them directly into your aquarium upon arrival. Start with 1-3 pods and observe. Your fish will likely become curious and peck at them. After that, you can increase the number depending on the size of your aquarium.

They will float initially but will gradually sink.
If you want them to sink faster, you can wedge them under decorations or tie them with string.

They have been boiled, so they should cause minimal water cloudiness. You also don't need to worry about insects.

It's time to replace them after about 3 months. Please replace them with new sweet gum seed pods.

They can also be used for handmade crafts like wreaths.

★Shipping is only on weekdays from the post office counter.
