This is a bag handle and buckle made from buffalo horn, acquired from a local artisan in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The artisan, who was changing their business direction, had no further use for these items and kindly gave me several.
They expressed a strong desire for this mother-of-pearl inlaid buffalo horn material to be utilized, so I'm offering it to someone who can give it new life. I've kept some for myself.

Width: approx. 20 cm
Height: approx. 11 cm
Buckle width: approx. 1.8 cm
Widest points at both ends: approx. 2.3 cm
There are teardrop-shaped holes of approx. 1.8 cm at both ends.

These are handcrafted by artisans from the horn, not mass-produced in modern factories. As shown in the 10th photo, there are some cracks, as well as scuffs, scratches, and stains. Please understand and agree to the circumstances of its creation by hand and how it came to me through a chance encounter and conversation at a shop before purchasing.
It has a very smooth and pleasant feel.
