【PSB is bright red.】 Large capacity 20L photosynthetic bacteria in a poly container for water purification

We will ship the PSB cultured in a 20-liter container bag as is. It is a large capacity, so you can use it as is. There are still EbiOsu tablets (a type of yeast tablet) inside as food. Once the liquid level drops to about 70% of the original volume, you can add tap water, and the PSB bacteria will multiply again, allowing for economical use.

We are particular about our starter culture and used the starter from Shurakuan, cultured with EbiOsu tablets.
Photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) have the effect of purifying and stabilizing water quality by decomposing organic matter. They are rich in amino acids and vitamins, which promote vibrant coloration, prevent diseases, and provide nutritional support for fry and juvenile fish. They are widely used in the breeding of aquatic life such as medaka, goldfish, tropical fish, and arowana.
Our PSB is more concentrated and has a more vivid, bright red color than commercially available products.

We also recommend culturing it at home. There are some tips for culturing. The general method for culturing PSB is to add 3 to 4 times the amount of tap water to the starter culture, add food such as EbiOsu tablets, and expose it to sunlight until it becomes concentrated. However, this method may involve waiting time for culturing and the risk of culturing failure.
Therefore, we recommend culturing only what you need. Place the purchased PSB into a container that can hold the same amount (a container that can be filled to 80% or full capacity). Use it as is. Once the liquid level drops to about 60-70% of the original volume, add 3 to 5 EbiOsu tablets and tap water to fill the container. Expose it to sunlight outdoors. Although it may be slightly diluted, the effect is sufficient. As you use it, it will gradually become more concentrated and return to its original concentration within a few days. When it drops to about 60-70% again, add water and EbiOsu tablets in the same way.
This cycle is recommended because you can use it immediately upon arrival, you don't have to wait for culturing, and it's easy to manage. Please give it a try.
