★30-Piece Set: Easy Aluminum Welding Rods - No Welder Required

Product Description
★This listing is for a set of 30 welding rods. (Each rod is approximately 22 cm long.) Please note that the length, thickness, and shape may vary slightly from rod to rod.

★We are offering a set of 30 rods, each approximately 22-23 cm long, for ￥6498.

★This is a proven product (ER2AW) with a long track record. Beware of similar products (other than ER2AW) from China that lack strength.

★No welding machine is required. No flux is required.

★Easily perform aluminum welding (joining, filling holes, building up material) without an arc welder or argon gas. Furthermore, the built-up material will have higher strength than the original base material.

★Repairable Aluminum Base Materials
Aluminum alloys (#1000 to #7000 series = all aluminum products)
Die-cast products (ADC)
(Anodized materials can be welded after removing the anodized layer, but cannot be re-anodized.)

★Can be used for all aluminum products, from repairing holes in thin aluminum sheets to building up material for cracks.

★Works at significantly lower temperatures than conventional welding methods, preventing distortion.

★No need to clean the material after welding. No worries about corrosion. High tensile strength allows for machining of built-up material.

★In addition to these welding rods, you will need a stainless steel wire brush (iron wire brushes are not suitable) and a burner (torch, etc.).
(Small materials up to about 6mm thick can be handled with torch burner heating, but for thicker or larger items, we recommend using acetylene gas as the base material cannot be heated to the necessary temperature.)

★Includes practice instructions.
Attempting the work without practice carries a high risk of failure. While there are significant individual differences, it becomes quite easy once you grasp the technique.

★We also offer a 30-piece set.
