Why not grow your own pea shoots at home and enjoy them fresh?

Pea shoot seeds (120g) grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
All you need is water and a little love to easily grow pea shoots at home.
Of course, the goal is to harvest and eat them deliciously, but the process itself is also enjoyable!

The seeds are harvested from plants grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers at Kitsutsuki Farm in Chiba Prefecture.

● Cultivation Method, etc.
1. Cultivation location: Indoors
2. Day 1: Place 60g (approx. half) of seeds in a colander, set it in a tray, and soak the seeds in water up to half their height.
3. Day 2: The seeds will absorb water and swell to about twice their size.
   From the second day onwards, change the water twice a day. The best amount of water is a small amount that just touches the seeds.
4. Day 4: Germination begins.
5. Day 6: Germination is complete.
6. Day 9: Anticipated harvest! Cut with scissors.
7. Continue changing the water twice a day.
8. Day 15: Second harvest. What about a third time...?
9. Wash the colander and tray, and restart cultivation with the remaining half of the seeds.
