Princess Sally Aromatic Rice from Nagano Prefecture.
This is a Japanese Basmati rice, a cross between
India's Basmati Rice, said to be the finest rice in South Asia,
and Japanese rice.

Cultivation method is natural farming.
Grown using only the natural power of the soil, water, sun, and the crops themselves,
in conditions as close to nature as possible, without any chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides.
Sun-dried, planted and harvested by hand, all manual cultivation. Also grown with mountain spring water.
Self-collected seeds.
Germination rate cannot be guaranteed.

Simply put, it's delicious rice that curry lovers will adore.
