These are seeds from six-row barley grown in a clean air and water environment in a mountainous rural area. They were cultivated using natural farming methods with absolutely no pesticides or fertilizers.
The seeds were harvested in June 2025 and weigh 40g, containing approximately 1000 seeds.
A simple germination test conducted at home showed an approximately 80% germination rate.
The sowing season is from October to November, and harvesting is around June to July.

- Seeds were hand-harvested, dried on a drying rack, threshed using a foot-powered thresher, and winnowed.
